RE:Medicare has got some set of...

So, it's only been months since I sent in my medicare update application to notify them of my new address. I send some claims in a while back for some patients from last year which I held until they processed my new address.

so, we call them up today and they have no record of the update application nor the new claims that were submitted! And these claims have to be sent in by the end of this year. And to top it off, they de-activated my medicare number due to lack of billing activity.

unbelievable. all this for under $29/encounter.
